Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At One World Consulting (owcinternational.com), we strive to provide the highest quality service to our clients. We value your time and money; however, due to the nature of visa consultancy and the administrative costs involved in processing applications, we have a strict refund policy.

By retaining our services, you agree to the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. General Principle

Our professional fees are charged for the service, expertise, and time utilized by our team to prepare, consult on, and process your case. Fees are not based on the success or failure of the visa application, as the final decision lies solely with the respective Embassy or High Commission.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Visa Rejection: If your visa is rejected by the immigration authorities/Embassy for any reason (including but not limited to policy changes, quota caps, interview performance, or insufficient ties to the home country), our professional fees remain non-refundable, as our services were fully rendered in preparing and submitting the file.

  • Change of Mind: If you decide to withdraw your application or drop your plans to travel/migrate after signing the agreement and payment of fees, no refund will be issued.

  • Fraudulent Documents: If it is discovered that you have submitted fake, forged, or manipulated documents (bank statements, experience letters, etc.), your agreement with us will be terminated immediately, and 100% of the fees paid will be forfeited.

  • Non-Cooperation: If you fail to submit required documents within the stipulated time frame, fail to attend scheduled Embassy interviews, or stop responding to our communication for a period exceeding 30 days, the case will be considered “Abandoned,” and no fees will be refunded.

  • Medical/Security Grounds: If your application is rejected due to failure in medical examinations or police clearance certificates.

3. Third-Party Fees

Please note that One World Consulting collects fees only for our professional services. We are not responsible for refunding:

  • Embassy Visa Fees

  • VFS / Biometric Charges

  • Medical Examination Fees

  • Courier Charges

  • English Language Test Fees

If you have paid these fees directly to the respective authorities, you must follow their specific refund procedures. If we paid them on your behalf, we cannot refund them once the payment has been remitted to the authority.

4. Refund Eligibility (Exceptions)

A refund (partial or full, at the discretion of management) may be considered only under the following specific circumstances:

  • Service Failure: If One World Consulting fails to submit your application due to our own internal error or negligence (excluding external factors like website crashes of embassies).

  • Double Payment: If you accidentally paid the invoice twice, the extra amount will be refunded in full.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the exceptions above:

  1. Submit a written request via email to refund@owcinternational.com.

  2. Include your Full Name, Passport Number, and Proof of Payment.

  3. Explain the reason for the request clearly.

6. Processing Timeline

  • Refund requests are reviewed by our accounts department within 7-10 working days.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed via the original mode of payment (Bank Transfer/UPI/Cheque).

  • Please allow up to 15-30 days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on banking norms.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute regarding refunds that cannot be resolved amicably, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ambala, Haryana.
