3. No Guarantee of Visa
The final decision to grant or deny a visa rests solely with the respective Country’s Embassy, High Commission, or Consulate.

4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the smooth processing of your application, you agree to:

Submit genuine and authentic documents. One World Consulting has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent documentation. If we discover that a client has provided fake documents, we reserve the right to terminate services immediately without a refund.

Notify us immediately of any changes to your contact details or circumstances (e.g., criminal convictions, medical conditions) that may affect your application.

Adhere to the timelines set by our team for document submission.
5. Payments and Fees

Consultation Fees: Fees for our services are agreed upon prior to the commencement of the process.

Third-Party Fees: Our fees generally exclude third-party costs, including but not limited to Embassy visa fees, medical examination fees, courier charges, and English language test fees. These must be paid by the client directly or reimbursed to us as per actuals.

Changes: We reserve the right to change our fee structure at any time. However, if you have already signed a retainer agreement, the fees agreed upon in that contract will hold.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Service Fees: Our professional fees are charged for the time and expertise utilized in preparing your case. Therefore, fees are generally non-refundable once the work has commenced, regardless of the visa outcome.

Exceptions: Any specific refund clauses agreed upon in a written Client Agreement/Retainer signed at our office will supersede this general policy.

Withdrawal: If a client wishes to withdraw their application after the process has begun, no refund will be issued for the stages already completed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, including courier services, government bodies, or technical glitches on embassy portals.

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the professional fee actually paid by you to us.
